Personality |

The Palomino is THE "gentle giant". They are extremely docile creatures, possibly more so than New Zealands. Their size, like the New Zealand, seems to amaze pet owners! They usually grow up to beyond 10 pounds! They can handle more stress than smaller rabbits but will require more food, cage space, and manure control!

Senior Bucks - 8 to 10 pounds (Ideal - 9 pounds)
Senior Does - 9 to 11 pounds (Ideal - 10 pounds)
Intermediate Bucks - Not to exceed 9 pounds
Intermediate Does - Not to exceed 9 1/2 pounds
Junior Bucks - 4 to 8 pounds
Junior Does - 4 to 8 1/2 pounds
Pre-Junior Bucks and Does - Not to exceed 5 pounds
